Enduring through trials

      Philippians 4:13 says I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Upon leaving church one Sunday morning, I saw a five-inch tall plant growing out of the concrete slab behind the church door. Imagine how that tiny seed got into the concrete and how the plant struggled to push its way through to survive.

    1 Peter 5:10 says But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a little while, make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle you. So the next time you have a trial, think of the plant that struggled and grew through the concrete and remember Christ is our strength when we are rooted,  established, and give our problems to him.
